Why we cost less
We own every apartment we let. There is no middleman to pay.
Most providers in our industry rent apartments from property owners and add their own margin on top of somebody else's rent. We don't. Every apartment on this site is ours — which is why the same standard costs less with us, and why we can answer for the neighbours as well as for the kitchen.

We never let to private individuals. We know every tenant, which means less wear, fewer turnovers and no surprise costs to spread over you.

What does corporate housing cost with you?
From 159 SEK per bed and night. We quote per bed and month, and furnishing, electricity, heating, water, wifi, linen, washing machine and final cleaning are all in that price. Nothing is added later — call us with the district, number of people and period and you have a figure the same day.
How fast can the crew move in?
You get concrete options within four hours, any day of the week. Move-in is often possible the same week — we've done three days from first call to keys.
Which districts do you cover?
All of Gothenburg. The city divides the municipality into four city areas — Nordost, Centrum, Sydväst and Hisingen — covering 36 districts, and we let apartments in every one of them. Call with the worksite address and we'll tell you which district gives the shortest commute and what we have free there.
Do you have corporate housing on Hisingen?
Yes — Hisingen is our biggest area, with apartments in all eleven districts, from Torslanda and Björlanda in the west to Lindholmen and Kvillebäcken in the east. If the crew works at Volvo, in the port, at the yards or on Lindholmen, they skip the queue at the Hisingsbron bridge and the Lundby tunnel every morning.
Can we extend or shorten the stay?
Yes — 30 days' notice, no fee, in either direction. Projects move; the contract shouldn't punish you for it.
Shared or separate apartments?
Both. Crews often share a three-room apartment; managers and relocating families get their own. We mix within the same contract and the same invoice.
Why are you cheaper than the other providers?
Because we own every apartment we let. Most providers rent from property owners and add their margin on top of somebody else's rent — two profits in one price. We also buy in districts where the square metre is cheaper, and we furnish, clean and inspect with our own people.
Do you let to private individuals?
No — companies and organisations only. It's a deliberate choice: we know every tenant, we can hold the same standard in all 48 apartments, and we can tell your staff who they'll be living among.
