Corporate housing in Norra Älvstranden
Norra Älvstranden is where most of our clients place their staff, for a simple reason: Lindholmen Science Park is within walking distance, and Central Station is nine minutes away on tram 12.
Lindholmen Science Park gathers around 250 companies and 24,000 employees into an area you can walk across in fifteen minutes. Volvo Cars, Volvo Technology, Ericsson, IBM, Semcon and SVT are all on site, and Campus Lindholmen adds roughly 10,000 students and researchers from Chalmers and the University of Gothenburg. For a company with people on a project here, the commute is a walk.
Public transport is the district's strongest card. Trams 10 and 12 stop at Lindholmen, and line 12 reaches Central Station in nine minutes. The Älvsnabbare 286 ferry runs between Stenpiren and Lindholmspiren in six minutes and costs nothing — for anyone living here and working across the river it is usually faster than going around. Buses 19, 21, 35, 37, 42, 199 and X1 pass Lindholmen, which puts the rest of Hisingen and Torslanda within reach without a car.
That makes Norra Älvstranden a sensible choice even for teams not heading to Lindholmen at all. A crew working in the centre lives as conveniently here as in central Gothenburg, often at a lower cost per bed, and avoids the parking question entirely.
We own the apartments we let. That is why the price stays where it does: there is no property owner in between taking a margin, and we can say yes or no to an enquiry the day it arrives.
