Torslanda is houses, terraces and apartments around Amhult centre, with a school, shops and a health centre on site. Above all it sits beside the Volvo Cars plant, which makes it the area we are asked for first every time a vehicle project starts.
We let furnished rooms and apartments to fitters, technicians, consultants and whole project teams — never to private individuals. One price per bed per night, and furniture, appliances, electricity, heating, water, wifi, bed linen and the final clean are inside that figure. Nothing is added afterwards.
The area is built for cars: parking at the buildings, quick access to Hisingsleden and Torslandavägen, and no inner-city streets to cross at shift change. If you are not driving there is express bus X1 towards Lindholmen and Partille, bus 131 to Gamlestaden and bus 29 to the Nils Ericson terminal.
Around it are Amhult with its shops and restaurants, Hjuvik and Lilleby out towards the water, and Sörredsvägen with the Volvo gates and the road on to Arendal and the outer harbours. For crews at Volvo Torslanda, the port or the airfield at Säve, Torslanda is normally our first suggestion.

Can you house a whole shift team?
Yes. We let per bed and can put a whole team in one property or in several close together. Tell us how many people, when you need to move in and for how long, and we will come back with concrete options the same day.
Does it work for night shifts and early starts?
Yes. The properties are in ordinary residential areas, so we ask everyone to be considerate in the evenings and at night — but there are no hours when you cannot come and go. Your own key works around the clock.
What is nearby for food and shopping?
Amhult centre has supermarkets, a pharmacy, restaurants and a health centre. Every property has a fully equipped kitchen with a hob, fridge and usually a dishwasher, so the team can cook for themselves.
Do you let to private individuals?
No — companies and organisations only. It is a deliberate choice: we know every tenant and can hold the same standard across all the apartments.
