Corporate apartments in Krokslätt–Johanneberg

Krokslätt and Johanneberg lie south of Korsvägen, along Mölndalsvägen and up towards Chalmers. Johanneberg is campus and student city; Krokslätt is old factory blocks turned into offices — Krokslätts Fabriker is one of the city's larger office clusters, and the corridor continues south into Mölndal.

Almedals fabriker is being rebuilt from 2026, a project in the order of two billion kronor. Together with Chalmers' constant conversions and extensions, that means contracting work in the area all year round.

The location is unusually good for a crew working in more than one place. The tram along Mölndalsvägen runs north to Korsvägen and the centre and south to Mölndal and the pharmaceutical cluster there, the E6 is reached at Kallebäck, and Sahlgrenska is a short trip west. If the crew has more than one site during the project, this is one of the easiest areas in the city.

The housing is a mix of thirties blocks, student-adjacent quarters and newer infill. It is densely built, so we choose properties where a crew can come and go on shift hours without disturbing the neighbours.
